FAQ
Odoo questions.
Should I use Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Community is free but leaves out several accounting features, including some reports and bank connections. Enterprise is a paid subscription with the full accounting app. We recommend one based on what your business needs.
Do you build custom Odoo modules?
No. We are functional consultants for Odoo Accounting: configuration, data migration, bookkeeping and training. If you need custom modules, reports or integrations, we work with your Odoo developer, or bring one in, and make sure the accounting stays correct.
Someone else set up our Odoo and the numbers look wrong. Can you fix it?
Yes. We review the setup, find where balances and settings went wrong, correct them, and lock the cleaned-up periods.
Can Odoo run U.S. payroll?
For most U.S. businesses we recommend running payroll in Gusto or ADP and posting it into Odoo. It is simpler and keeps payroll tax filings with a dedicated provider.
Will you train my team?
Yes. Training on invoicing, bills, bank reconciliation and reports is part of every go-live.
